Media Cues
A cue is a single playback of a media: it defines what is shown, where it is on the stage, and how it looks. A cue always lives inside a container - either a Timeline or a Board (both are covered in the next chapters). The same media can be used by many cues, at different times and positions.
To create a cue, drag&drop a media from the media list into a Timeline or a Board.
This chapter describes everything a cue can do: its parameters, looping, animation, effects and masks. All of this is identical whether the cue lives on a Timeline or on a Board - only the way you reach these settings differs slightly between the two. Where that matters, this chapter shows how to access the feature from each container; the container-specific shortcuts themselves are documented in the Timelines and Boards chapters.
